Hi...I have just upgraded, want to seel the old phone and the buyer has asked me to get it unlocked from EE, how do I do that please?

@Tabatha You can do that by filling out the unlocking request via your online account

please read THIS

you’ll have to manually enter the IMEI number of the device you want to unlock. You still put your phone number in the form though. Or if you sold it locked and the purchaser knows this you can ask them to call customer services themselves so they can make the request. It’s free for you to make the request but it’ll cost them £8.99 as the device is 2nd hand.
