Hello @JoTil70

Welcome to the community

Sorry, but purchases from EE retail stores don't come with any statutory "change of mind" right of return.

You can certainly "plead your case" with the store staff/manager, but any return will be entirely at their discretion and they're under no obligation to. I wouldn't want you to get your hopes up.

For the first time I upgraded in store, I went for the Oppo find x3 lite based on it's Camera, the quality of photos is awful, I'm really unhappy with it, is there any way of exchanging it after purchasing in store? I have had my contract for 24 years and it's the first time I dislike a phone, I don't want to be stuck with it for 2 years!|
