still waiting for return envelope for trade in

required back by 12/02/ 2021

hope this isnt a delay to refuse trade in deal

when phone was ordered 18/01/21

I’m also getting concerned that return packages are not being sent. Can you give a direct way of contacting customer service to ensure this issue is resolved for everyone.
