Samsung S10 adjusting ring time

My phone rings 4 times and then goes to voicemail, which is irritating.

I cant get the EE **61* etc code to work, and cannot get through to EE.

Has anyone managed to resolve this issue?

I've searched in my phone for voicemail settings, but there is no option to switch voicemail off.

@Merlin672 To turn voicemail off you just text VM OFF to 150. Can you try your sim in a different device to try the code again ?
the code works for me. The last 2 XX in the code are the length of time the phone will ring this has to be done in fives ie 05 or 10 or 15 or 20. You can not go above 30
