I need to request the unlock code for old phone after getting my new upgrade, can't seem to get help

Where did you yourself get this device itself originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different.

It was my phone I upgraded and now my dad has my phone but I need to unlock so he can use it

It's from my ee contract... ee as I said it's my phone from my contract

I'm asking where not what. Where did you buy your EE contract from? It didn't need to be from EE directly but could be a 3rd party reseller.
