    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks currently back on hold again.&amp;nbsp; Looking through this community this appears to be a consistent problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lets hope they take this on board and review this part of their service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - Ive just been transferred and then cut off - I need to return a phone as part of an upgrade - Im aware that I get fined if this is not within 14 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im on hold again - Can you supply details of how to return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
