&lt;P&gt;Where did you purchase the phone from? Blacklisting is certainly a possibility here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Couldn't use it there either for calls or texts but could use it for internet, emails, Facebook, WhatsApp,&amp;nbsp; etc. Wasn't a problem as had a Cypriot phone which I used for local calls. Just assumed it would work once I came back to UK on my PAYG.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wondering if I need to register the handset or Sim&lt;/P&gt;</description>
