I'd recommend trying a factory reset on the phone. What phone is she using?

If this continues after the phone has been reset, one option would be to change her mobile number.

I hope someone can help me please? My mum revived a voicemail text a week ago. She had clicked on it thinking she had missed an voicemail.

ever since, she is getting phone calls from people saying that her number has text them or rang them. But on her phone shows no outgoing calls/ texts to these numbers. And also her battery on her phone is going down really quick. 1 message was apparently my mum sent an emoji to this number. This number then rang back. The lady spoke to my mum and she explained this has happed to her recently and that she has been hacked.

any idea how to get the hackers off my mums phone and what to do?
