FREE RASER KISHI WITH GAMING PASS HELP

I need help when you get the s21 ultra you get the free xbox gaming pass and raser kishi we got the text for the gaming pass but got nothing regarding the free raser kishi that comes as part of the free gaming bundle so how do we get the raser kishi i rang customer support but she said if you follow the link it takes you through it but it never mentioned the raser kishi so we were told to try again but the link just says already redeemed code for the pass. no extra texts received regarding the kishi so how do we get it? Please help

we received our text for the pass but not received anything regarding the raser kishi how do we get that please help my partner is going crazy as it's supposed to be included with the gaming pass I've rung customer support but they said you just follow the link but we did that already and it only linked to getting the gaming pass, nothing about the free raser kishi any ideas what to do now?

The offer for Gaming Unleashed bundle with the free controller ended on the 6th April 2021, so it had already ended when you purchased your phone. Sorry you've missed out this time.
