Hi my phone keypad isn't working properly sometimes when u press a letter it doesn't go so u have letters missing in the words does the extended warranty cover the repair of my phone thanks george

Hi @George1960hay

Have you tried backing up all of your information and restoring the phone to factory settings? Doing that can help with keypad problems like this.

Hi i asked a quistio the other night regarding my A20E phone about the key pad not working properly I got a reply saying to reset phone and try I reset phone and key pad is now working thank you
