I want to switch to Samsung A21s does it have wi-fi calling and messaging? I have very poor mobile signal at home

We can't guarantee WiFi Calling support for devices not purchased direct from EE. Please check with the retailer when making your purchase.

Hi James, thanks for the response, FYI I have just fitted an EE sim card and the wifi option appeared as an option and functions, so I now have a sim only deal with EE and am leaving Vodafone

I cannot find a wifi calling button on my EE A21S. It appears it is not supported by EE.

@Johnee WiFi calling is only available to contract customers.

There is no Wifi Calling button.

On most Samsung Galaxy/Android devices I've used, the WiFi calling option is at the bottom of the call settings screen. So load your phone dialler, choose "settings" from the top-right and scroll right to the bottom.

Johnee.. on my S10 plus this is how you switch it on.. tap your phone symbol as if you are going to make a call. Then tap the 3 dots in the top right , then settings. The wifi calling can be switched on there.

Thanks guys. After all this time searching. Got i!. Hidden away.
But what icon is displayed to say it is turned on? I see none.

Hi @Johnee,

You'll see a WiFi Calling or VoWiFi indicator in your status bar when using WiFi Calling.

On my old S7 there was a WiFi calling symbol at the top of screen. However the newer phones only seem to show it when it is in use so not worth worrying about. As long as you know it is turned on then all is well.

Hi @Johnee,

That's an indicator that you have mobile signal and your calls are being routed over the mobile network. As @wardi mentioned, you'll only see the indicator when you are using WiFi Calling.
