Oppo Find X2 Pro - Color OS 11 Update

Good morning. Will EE be rolling out the latest Color OS 11 to Find X2 Pro devices (in line with the rest of the western Europe roll out) during December? Or are we going to have to wait?

I'm a little discouraged as we still appear to be on a firmware that is now 2 generations old.

Once or if your device is due a software update your device will let you know. EE don't provide information on software updates, although any update will be tested by them to ensure its compatible with EE network.

Thanks. The device is definitely due the update as outlined on oppo's Color os website; it should roll this month to all Pro devices in western Europe including the UK.

My query was to ask have EE tested and confirmed this already for roll out in line with that schedule, or are we waiting for that testing to be carried out still?

A we aren't yet on Color OS 7.2 I'm concerned that the latter may well be the case. Do you work for EE btw?

Hi EE. Any update on colour os 11? 6 months in now. Not much excuse for that?

Thanks for coming to the community about this.

All software updates for your device are rolled out by the manufacturer, rather than EE.

They'll send a notification to your device as soon as it's available.
