&lt;P&gt;Where did you &lt;STRONG&gt;yourself&lt;/STRONG&gt; get this device itself &lt;STRONG&gt;originally&lt;/STRONG&gt;? &lt;STRONG&gt;Did you buy it yourself new &lt;U&gt;direct from EE&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process &amp;amp; costs are different.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I am unable to unlock a previous device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I previously had a Samsung S8 which I completed the 24 month contract with. I then have upgraded my plan to a S20 FE - I decided to give my old phone to my sister but she is on a different network. I realised I needed to unlock the phone for her 1st. I am behind my payment on my current plan and my account is suspended until I bring myself up to date - which is understandable - but why is this suspension not allowing me to unlock my OLD phone which I have paid for in full? I am confused, any help on this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
