Samsung note 20 ultra

Hi, since I've had my upgrade to my Samsung note 20 ultra I've been recently having problems with charging, I've only used my charger that came with it and it keeps charging then not charging without the phone being moved or touched. What should I do please help?

Could you try using a different charger or charging point please?

Hi Chris thank you for getting back to me, I did last night after I found my old charger tried that, tired changing just the plug over, also just changed the wire and tried multiple different sockets around the house alo and still no luck.

It may be worth backing up your Samsung phone and restoring it to factory settings, @Shaylp.
