Having problems with apps

Hi. Please could someone help me. Yesterday and still today, when going to open my apps it starts to load and then just goes off. I have an oppo phone and I wish I stayed with Samsung as I've had nothing but problems with this phone. I don't know much about fixing problems so if you could explain it to me I would be extremely grateful. Thanks Guys

It isn't a phone issue its Android. Please read the above link. Yes thats a Samsung news site but it is affecting all Android phones. It states how to fix it until Google push out the update to you
