Charger cable doesn't work with new phone

Hi, I find the help section of EE incredibly unhelpful so didn't know where to go for this. I recently got a new SE phone with EE and the charger in the box doesn't work. How do I get a replacement sent out? Thank you

Have you tried the charging cables with other plug adapters or in a USB charging point?

Does it work on any other phone?

Hi Chris, yes I tried it in different sockets and with different adaptors and also tried with my wifes iPhone and it still didn't work.

@rtdhdrthhrtdrth then you need to contact Apple about this and I will happily exchange it for a new one.
