Does the device mot fix a volume button which has become unresponsive?

@MarcAli The device has a warranty on it but depending on how it’s broken will depend if it’s covered under warranty.

The handset is in pristine condition and is coming up for two yrs old in June, so will be upgrading then, but a few months without those buttons working is a prob
