Sent off a tablet for repair they said was damaged

Since December 2020 this tablet would not connect to Internet called lots sent it off they said they recieved it with a crack across screen 1 corner to another the opposite corner, I don't think so but life time warrenty is void, I have to pay to fix it it had a tempered screen protector and a thick rubber case that did not come off until it was collected I have clear picks of it without cracks.... What do I do apart from sending the pics in
