I ve just broke my screen but I have a new phone coming tonight. Is there a way I can transfer all the apps and photos etc to the new handset ?

What model of phone are you wanting to transfer "from" & "to"?

There's a few options that may be available to you, depending on the answer.

Hi. Its Samsung galaxy J71 to A12.

All your apps will at least be "saved" on your Google Play account, so when you login to your existing Google account on your new phone, this should make that a lot easier.

Otherwise, Samsung Smart Switch is the best way to do this backup/restore.
