Hi before end of contract my phone have issue with lcd ,I contact with sbe Ltd. But have out of warranty after I received phone its on 1 year warranty but on sony show 2 years now phone its on service ,I'm report this before 2 years due covid quarantine because its not essential I send to sbe.ltd straight but now declined fix phone.

@Kubus223 The warranty is supplied by Sony why are you not sending it to them ? And if t’s out of warranty then it’s out of warranty.

Yes I'm send straight but sony got issue with authorisation repair.

Yes I try forced by warranty of Sony but customer service he say "matter of ee "
