Will EE accept damaged phone as a trade in when upgrading s20+

Hi there,

I'd like to upgrade my phone from S20+ to the new S21+Ultra however my front screen has a crack. What would be the implications of me trying to proceed with the upgrade?

@notoriousMLE If your on a anytime upgrade tariff you’ll need to pay the fee required because of the damage.

If your on a standard tariff then you’ll have to pay off that contract to the minimum term date and EE will give you less for your damaged device.

Thanks Chris, how can I find out the cost of this fee? I am on an anytime upgrade tariff. @Chris_B
