    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it was on a 24 month contract which ended yesterday 26/02/21 but because the number has been ported to giff gaff I cant get phone unlocked despite calling the EE automated responses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will have to wait til Monday and speak to a real person&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract has finished and as I want to change networks I received a pac code and sent to new network provider, but it seems they changed my old EE number to their network super quick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But as a result I am unable to unlock my phone on the EE website, as it wont recognize my imei number!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It finds the phone initially but then says I need to fill out an additional form but as my number has been migrated already I am unable to proceed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried to contact EE but they want my number and of course it is no longer recognised&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Where did you &lt;STRONG&gt;yourself&lt;/STRONG&gt; get this device itself &lt;STRONG&gt;originally&lt;/STRONG&gt;? &lt;STRONG&gt;Did you buy it yourself new &lt;U&gt;direct from EE&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process &amp;amp; costs are different.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
