Most phones will do this by default during setup.

If you haven't allowed your phone to create a backup, I'm afraid it won't be possible to retrieve your data during repair.

James

Hi, I have a broken screen on my s20 note ultra and I do not have any cloud/sd etc backup of my files/photos etc. I can book a repair for the phone but it said on the repair booking page the phone will be wiped as part of the repair process. Is there any possible way for me not to lose my pics etc ?

I tried connecting to my pc unfortunately I the phone is locked and does not have usb debugging turned on so can't access it that way.
