Hi I got a new phone and galaxy buds in December. Unfortunately the buds case won't charge and the buds don't charge ether can they be repaired or replaced? I don't have a ee store near my address

I had galaxy buds plus the same they stopped charging

Bought direct from ee. Can't help but think galaxy buds are actually faulty
