Hi, I just added a pay monthly tablet to my EE account because I needed it for college and am a full time student studying Digital Technologies.

This Tablet is the Samsung Galaxy tab S6 Lite and I received it 4 days ago. 4 days later I have noticed the touch screen is less responsive making it difficult for me when studying and When I am taking a break from studying, I play some games on it example of this game is Call of Duty Mobile, the character am controlling field of view becomes reversed and in addition to the touch screen being less responsive doesn’t help me enjoy my break from studying.

Before deciding on the Galaxy Tab S6 lite, I feared it will not last long and I had my eyes on an iPad but the price was a little too much for me so I got this tablet instead. Now I see my fear has become a reality and i have to pay for something that isn’t working properly hurts me deeply.

I was wondering if it’s possible to change the tablet for an iPad instead and I know if it’s possible then I’ll have to pay more monthly but yeah I would prefer that than to have a device which isn’t working properly and paying monthly.
