some of my apps keep crashing and logging me out since i updated to the s21

Me to facebook will log me out as well since i got the s21 as well

Do you have the latest firmware? Samsung has released 2 for the S21 already. One before it was actually launched and once since.

This doesn't Mean EE has authorised the roll out for their variants yet though.

Please report the issue to the app developers via the Google Play Store so they can look into the issues for you.

This is not something EE can resolve.

The issue is with the apps are obviously not ready for the new firmware.

You can contact Samsung but their CS are rubbish in my experience and they will pass the buck.

Best bet is to go to Facebook etc and see what they say.

Yes phone is fully upgraded still getting app crashes on facebook ee app
just wont load at all asks for biometrics or pin then loads up and crashes
right away. Facebook is manageable but anoying u be scrolling doen fedd
then all of a sudden shuts down

Ee app though is something they can resolve? Since its there app but ive
the samsung s10 and same happens when i try logging on with it keeps
crashing when it logs on
