      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I requested a replacement phone following a cracked screen. I was not at home when delivered therefore could not exchange.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not received any communication regarding what happens next.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Carol&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
