Pleaae help need assistance

I have just uografed.my damsung to the samsung s20 and.for some reason my amazon shopping app now will not load. Well it loafs but no pictures or anything. It just lists categories cam anyone help me please? Well I have just raised it will not show pictures I am trying to save as a profile.picture , have I turned something on or off that is now.blocking them for me!!! Anyone helllppppp pleaassseee

Hi Chris thank you so much for helping,me..

I have already done that and it hasn't made any difference, although I have noticed that I tried to upload a photo to personalise my account and it doesn't show for me. So I think I have a problem with that. Which is why its only the text that shows on amazon and no graphics or pictures of products

Is it just the Amazon app that you're having problems with, @Topsyc?

Is there something within that app's settings that you can change?
