I dropped my phone in the loo what should I do? It’s not turning on at all....

Worth a try.. if you can, take the back off and start the drying process with a hairdryer. Then put the whole phone in a container of rice and leave it for about 24 hours - the rice draws the moisture out of the device. Don't keep taking it out to try it though! If the phone still doesn't work try another day or two the with the rice. If you still have no joy I guess it would be an insurance matter. Good luck.
