Help google pixel 4

My phone won't turn on. I've held down power button along with the volume down key. The options come up and I've tried them, the little guy comes up saying no command. I've then pressed power and volume up and let go at same time and my phone goes straight back to being stuck on white screen with the G loading int the middle. Been stuck like this for over 2 hours. I only got my phone end of October!!!

I was able to get the options and did a factory reset! I'm hoping this has solved the issue.
