    <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife's Galaxy A20e has developed an issue with the notifications.&amp;nbsp; Even with the volume turned up to maximum in "sound and vibration", you can barely hear ring tones or other audible notifications.&amp;nbsp; It vibrates correctly.&amp;nbsp; The phone is about a year old.&amp;nbsp; I suspect it is a fault with the phone but just checking in case there is something I have missed...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
