I upgrdaed my phone during the black Friday event and qualified for the free LG TV, has anyone got theirs yet? I have had no confirmation or notice.

Which date did you order? Which plan did you choose? Was it a 10GB+ plan?

Did you receive a text message from us 2-5 days after receiving your phone?

@sjmcrobert You will have to climb through hoops to get your TV. A few people are finally getting their TV's but with a lot of blood sweat and tears.

You need to give them ample time which is between 15 to 25 days, but if you have not heard anything by day 20, then start chasing things up.

You should have a text message around day 5 to confirm the TV, a second SMS to say that the TV is being dispatched, DPD will contact you, and then an email from DPD with delivery.

Do not listen to the it's automated as some people have waited 34 days and nothing, and when you start making complaints then suddenly things happen.

I have had to make two complaints this week to chase my TV and suddenly today, I get a text message to say that my TV will be dispatched.

If I had not of complained, then chances are I would still be waiting.
