      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello please could someone help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have got the Samsung Q60R TV as a add on and it has stopped working, it won't connect to the internet/network,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset everything, also no TV channels are found and there is nothing wrong with the Arial.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stephen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ya,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have signal on other TVs that I have checked on the Arial that the Q60R is on,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And the WiFi is connected on other devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called Samsung and they have no idea and to call a engineering out even though it's under warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Think this is shocking as I pay for it monthly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The engineer has just left (£50 I didn't need to spend) just to say the signal is fine from the Arial but it's a faulty TV as it's not receiving the signal,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I have a TV that's usless&lt;/P&gt;</description>
