    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new S20 I have ported over my old phone and it appears I have an overlay on my main screen of all my old screen apps including the top. I can't get through to EE as a new customer am already disapointed. Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you say you "ported over" your old phone, how did you do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
