samsung Galaxy s7 repair.

Hi All

I am having trouble with my samsung galaxy S7 . It will not charge. The screen remains black and the charging light wont show. Has anyone experienced this?

Can this fault be repaired?

its difficult to say for certain as I am not a handset repair technician nor do i have the handset in front of me so there's no way of me seeing exactly what's going on.

Now assuming no damage, it should be possible to get serviced.

You'll need to drop it into either a Samsung service agent or a Samsung shop c/w your rerceipt/proof or purchase or contract . Your nearest service centre can be located by clicking on the link below.

If you're too far away, it can be posted. I'd advise for it to be wrapped well and boxed and sent Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent.
