A51 Speaker problem

Hi not sure where to post this got couple new upgrade 2 weeks ago sadly Samsung A51 has no audio sound now, weirdly when on call cant hear anyone unless I put speaker on but when watching videos I have no sound im really annoyed as all shops are closed whats the best thing to do?

Have you checked your volume settings?

Go to Settings > Sound and vibration. You'll have separate volume sliders for media and call volumes.

You could try starting the device in safe mode (if you have not already done this) and perform some tests; make a call, record a video - playback the item recorded - check for sound.

Hi thanks, you wouldn't imagine you would have to do this with a brand new phone no sound when watching videos, when making a call no sound in ear speaker nor can the person here me unless I'm on hands free really strange thanks for your help will be returning this phone
