    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks, you wouldn't imagine you would have to do this with a brand new phone no sound when watching videos, when making a call no sound in ear speaker nor can the person here me unless I'm on hands free really strange thanks for your help will be returning this phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi not sure where to post this got couple new upgrade 2 weeks ago sadly Samsung A51 has no audio sound now, weirdly&amp;nbsp; when on call cant hear anyone unless I put speaker&amp;nbsp; on but when watching videos I have no sound im really annoyed as all shops are closed whats the best thing to do?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you checked your volume settings?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Sound&amp;nbsp;and vibration&lt;/STRONG&gt;. You'll have separate volume sliders for media and call volumes.&lt;/P&gt;
