Samsung s10 lite microphone not working

Hello the microphone can't hear me, my voicenotes are blank to the recipient and 'hey Google' can't hear me. I can hear voicenotes, I can do video calls and they can hear me on zoom and WhatsApp. But the phone can't hear me otherwise. I can make phone calls. What is the issue, hope some one can help me! Thank you

Hi @SZK2020_

The next step would be to backup all your phone's data, contacts, pictures & video, and do a factory reset on the device.

This would either resolve the fault, or prove it to be a hardware issue. Has it ever worked before?

Thank you for your reply, I wanted to avoid the factory reset🙈 this has never happened before so I'm perplexed, removed any recent apps I had downloaded, force stopped bixby voice, turned phone on. And off still have the issue @bristolian
