Hi, my pixel 4 is up to date on systems however it's becoming very glitchy. Like not wanting to open the camera or load pictures, slow to react and generally a bit jumpy. Had anyone had a similar experience? Or know why this may be happening?

You may have to factory reset it. If it still exhibits the same problems then go into settings, search for support and chat with Google to get a replacement sent out to you.

Worth rebooting the handset into safe mode (if you have not already tried this) and try clearing down the cache and/or storage for the applications in question; Photos and the Camera app.
