hello i lost my phone today but i cant track it because its not conected to a wifi network, help please!

Thanks for coming to the community.

I am sorry we are unable to track your phone, if you can please report your Samsung as lost to us by calling 07953 966 250, our Mobile Care team can block your phone so no-one else can use it on our network and suspend your account.

The team can also get you a replacement SIM card sent with the same number.

If you do find your phone you can call us and let us know and we can unblock the phone for you.
