Data transfer from Huawei P20 to Huawei P40 lite

Can anyone please advise the best way to transfer data? I have tried using Phone Clone and this has not been successful. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't get any error message.

I left the phone clone tibrun for 12 hours and nothing transferred. Any suggestions.
