Protect discount in life

Hi all,

Been trying to claim my discount from the "protect discount in life" add on for my brand new S20 plus.

I have been really disheartened to find that ee don't even having anything on their online store for the S20 plus. How am I meant to claim this discount if there isn't anything for the device that I have just purchased from them on their store??

Anyone else having issues where they cannot find phone cases/screen protectors for new devices?

Disappointed is an understatement.. S20 plus is one of samsungs flagship phones... please make cases and screen protectors available so I can claim my well earned discount EE!! #loyalcustomer

Have you visited our EE Accessories store to see what is available?

I will certainly feed this back if no cases/protectors are available for your Samsung S20 Plus.
