Hi,

I was wondering if there are changes to the returns window during the England lockdown? Also if there will be a longer window for the Christmas period so that I can have some peace of mind?

@YouCanDoIt You have 14 days to call customer services to inform them you don’t want the item this only applies to online and phone sales. To my knowledge EE have never increased the return policy at Christmas time and I doubt they change this.

Thanks, just curious to know if they will given what a year 2020 is. But I suppose I should bet on they won't do it if they haven't had a longer Christmas returns period in the past.

@YouCanDoIt EE haven’t done this at all this year even when the UK was in full lockdown.
