S20 Fe headphones

Just got my S20 fe from EE store but there were no headphones in the box, arnt you supposed to get headphones?

Was there an offer for headphones? Most phones nowadays don't come with headphones in the box.

Just read the quick start manual, and the contents selection no mention of headphones, just wish they had mentioned this to me in the store!

Which is upsetting because my son-in-law got the S20 not fe and he got headphones in his.

As per the Samsung sales page:

AKG earphones not included with Galaxy S20 FE models

The other models get the headphones but Samsung didn't supply then with the FE edition handset.. Your not missing much as they aren't that good anyway.

It's always advisable to undertake some research before purchase.

Thank you, and I did do my research on three phones iPhone 12 Pro, Sony Xperia 5 and the fe, I just missed the fact that I didn't see what was included. I knew axactly that with the iPhone 12 nothing but the phone was going to be in the box. Sony as well I wasn't that bothered about what came with it as have other products but as a new member to the Samsung family with the shop assistant new, he persuaded me that the Samsung was better than the Sony if I'm used to android due to the fact the screen is slightly bigger and front facing camera pixels was better than Sony. I gave the shop assistant plenty of opportunity to upsell in store as asked if there was anything else I would need due to the fact my smart plan included free apple music.

Due to the fact I'm now going to be at work for the next 6 days doing 12 hr shifts, I have to wait to have the earphones delivered on my requested days off.
