&lt;P&gt;Are you able to use other apps when on EE mobile data? This would be one way of establishing whether your data connection is working. It would also be beneficial to check whether your app has all relevant permissions active.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When the Dropbox app fails to sync, are you able to use other apps to transfer data?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I find that Dropbox Android app's camera upload fails to sync on 4G unless i turn the feature off then on. This happens consistently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made a bug report with them, and after some discussion, reknstall etc. they said it must be the cell providers problem because it works on Wifi. Anyone else encountered this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nokia 8 with Android 9.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
