    <description>&lt;P&gt;I guess it was longer than 5 seconds for it to completely die like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to turn the phone off and stick it in some rice and leave for at least 48 hours. DO NOT attempt to turn on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will completely dry the phone out. It may work again after this but it isn't guaranteed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't work your only option is to buy a new phone without insurance as this is not covered by warranty&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Mum just bought a new Samsung A71 (really shoudn't have done but I convinced her she needed to update from her Nokia)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She has had the account and phone about a month and has now confessed to briefly dropping it in some water (by briefly, I mean for about 5 seconds)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It won't work and she has no insurance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are the options????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
