&lt;P&gt;Try resetting the buds in your Samsung app. Also make sure the buds are clean and that the rubber earpiece is fitted tightly.,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If all else fails then contact Samsung support:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently added galaxy buds plus onto my plan and the right ear bud is barely playing any sound making it very difficult to listen, can I get a free repair or a replacement pair?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
