The phone freezes and goes black and you can't turn the phone back on again for about 5 minutes. I regularly close my apps down so not much is running in the background and the storage is about 1/3 full. It happens randomly too, there is not a specific action that causes the problem. I have tried factory resetting my phone 3 times now and it hasn't made a difference at all.
