    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was from EE. I have cleared all that but still saying not cerified.&amp;nbsp; I have even spoken with oppo support via twitter but they do not seem to know what it is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible I have just been given a faulty handset?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just received this phone but I have been unable to set up contactless payments for Google pay , in the Google play store it states that my device is not certified for play protect certification.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have I just received a faulty handset or is this phone not capable of contactless payments ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you installed a rom or was the device from EE with the default firmware?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried clearing the play store cache/data (settings- applications)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Back up and try factory resetting. It's not the hardware it's the software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
