I cannot make any outgoing calls. I press the green phone icon and then nothing

When I press the green phone icon I get an error message and then back to the main screen. This also means I cannot back trace numbers that have called me. Any ideas?

Hi @girderman

Try going into settings - application manager, find phone and clear the cache/data.

This is a strange error tbh.

Have you tried restarting your phone?
