&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are some issues with 5G plans whereby you need to be on specific plans to access the 5G network, but none of these apply to 4G &amp;amp; 3G - you have an EE SIM, there's no such thing as a 4G, 3G or 2G SIM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your PAYG phone showing signal? Do you have sufficient credit on your account to make the call or send the message?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you text BALANCE to 150 (this is free) what does it say?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When i started with EE i wanted to use my 3g J1 Galaxy as a pay as you go phone, i asked can a 4g sim work with 3g phone they said, should be no problem, well they were wrong, i bought the Data on line &amp;amp; in packs over a period of two &amp;amp; a half months so far no go, frustrating, people can call me, i can not call them, my screen says emergency call only, every time i bought data it said text now 150 &amp;amp; you would be up and running i get a red box and error message, why, i am doing what it asks, why am i barred?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
